A day in the life of…

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be key in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests, ensuring they are attended to in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities include cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms, laundering linens, and replenishing amenities. You will fully comply with all health & safety, food handling, fire procedures, and COSHH regulations, maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring guests have a first-class, enjoyable, and comfortable stay.

• Housekeeping experience
• Attention to detail: a keen eye to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
• Time management skills: ability to manage time effectively to clean all rooms within the allotted timeframe
• Communication skills: effectively communicate with hotel staff and guests, including responding to requests and inquiries
