About The Role:

Shift pattern: 5 days in 7.

As Room Attendant, you will ensure that room standards are maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness and setup according to Brand Standards to meet guest experience requirements. Ensure timely periodic cleaning in line with Brand Standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning rooms according to Brand standards and maintaining neat trolleys.
• Replacing towels, soap, toilet rolls, stationery, and other items as specified.
• Removing rubbish from departure and stay-over rooms, separating waste correctly.
• Reporting maintenance faults.
• Training on proper use and control of cleaning materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
