Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities to help create a great guest experience.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Move about the space and perform tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Critical to success: ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and perform hands-on work including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Willingness to perform all reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical Requirements

• On-the-job movement and physical tasks as described above to support hotel operations.
