Job summary

WGC Limited is seeking a Room Attendant for Adagio Apar Hotel Birmingham to support the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of guest rooms. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and contribute to smooth daily operations.

The role offers fixed/flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate of £13.20, and access to training and wellbeing benefits as part of a comprehensive employment package.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance faults and dealing with lost property
• Ensuring that all appliances, fittings are safe and working and reporting faults to the Head Housekeeper

In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.
