Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality and beverage service.
• Ability to lead a rooftop bar team and train staff to five-star standards.
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional product, service and menu knowledge through training and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and brand service across the venue.
• Set policies and procedures for the rooftop team and ensure licensing compliance.
