Job summary

Sphere Solutions seeks an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, overseeing roofing projects across Hampshire with a focus on Andover.

You will lead roofing crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, deliver projects on time and within budget, and liaise with clients and suppliers to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing roofing projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
