Job summary

Bernicia Group in Spennymoor is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative/Labourer with a Roofing discipline. The role supports trade staff across domestic and commercial properties, delivering high standards and customer service.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £29,948 per annum. A CSCS card and a clean driving licence are preferred. Close date: 18 August 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of working at height.
• On-site training, approximately 3 years.
• CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
• Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist trade staff to undertake all types of work for domestic and commercial properties to a high standard.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Work in line with construction drawings and site safety requirements.
