About Southern Flat & Pitched Roofing

Founded in 1956, “SFPR” has successfully delivered complex roofing and waterproofing solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial markets for almost 70 years.

Due to growth and a healthy project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced roofing estimator based in Hilsea.

About The Role

The roofing estimator will work directly with business directors and the leadership team, taking a lead role in pricing, reviewing, and submitting notable projects.

Projects include work with both private and public sectors, such as schools, libraries, housing, and office towers.

About You

You should be a dedicated estimator or surveyor with proven experience in the local market, specifically in quantifying and pricing flat and tiled roofing systems, including brands like Bauder, IKO, Sika, Polyroof, slate tiling, and lead-work.

Requirements include:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with Swiftest estimating software
• Based in Hilsea or willing to relocate
• Ability to train less experienced staff
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, estimation, or quantity surveying
• Full working rights
