About Southern Flat & Pitched Roofing

Founded in 1956, “SFPR” have worked successfully, delivering complex roofing and waterproofing solutions to the residential, commercial and industrial markets for almost 70 years.

Due to sustained growth and a healthy project pipeline, we are seeking to appoint an experienced roofing estimator to be based in our Hilsea location.

About The Role

Working directly with business directors and leadership team, a roofing estimator will take on a lead role with regards to pricing, reviewing and submitting some of our larger, more notable projects.

We work regularly with both the private and public sector, including regular local and county council schemes of work. This includes schools, libraries, housing and office towers.

About You

As a dedicated estimator or surveyor with a proven work history in the local market, you MUST have experience in quantifying and pricing both tiled and flat roofing systems. This includes but is not limited to: Bauder, IKO, Sika, Polyroof, slate tiling and detailed lead-work.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess:

·At least 3 years of experience in a similar role/position

·Strong and demonstrable experience in utilising Swiftest estimating software

·The ability to be based in the Hilsea location

·Have the ability to train less experienced staff

·A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, estimation or quantity surveying

·Full working rights
