The Role

As a Roofing & Cladding CAD Designer, you'll play a key role in turning architectural concepts into buildable, compliant solutions. From 2D/3D CAD detailing through to coordination with engineers and installers, you'll ensure every design meets the highest technical and performance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing accurate 2D/3D CAD designs for roofing, cladding, and associated systems
• Liaising with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver practical solutions
• Supporting fabrication and installation with clear, accurate drawings
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, CWCT, BS EN, and NHBC standards
• Helping drive value engineering and innovation in system detailing
