Job summary

ITS Building People are recruiting an experienced Roofing Carpenter for a project in Shaftesbury, Dorset. CSCS is essential and immediate start is available. Hours are 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor. Overtime hours are available and there is potential for further contracts or permanent opportunities. Parking on site and nearby public transport links provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card is preferred but not always required.
• Experience in roofing carpentry or similar role.
• Own PPE: hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots.
• Own tools/equipment as required.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install roofing carpentry components on site.
• Work on Shaftesbury, Dorset project sites.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and site rules.
• Collaborate with contractor and other trades to deliver work.

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofing Carpenter on behalf of our client for a project based in Shaftesbury, Dorset. CSCS is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)

Rate of Pay

Where a range of rate of pay is quoted, the level of experience, qualifications and related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.

Immediate starts available on a range of construction projects across Hampshire, Dorset and the surrounding areas.
