Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager to sell specialist roofing contractor services across the refurbishment market in the South of the UK, focusing on large-scale projects and blue-chip clients. You will engage building surveyors, facilities managers and external consultants to drive growth.

The role offers £40,000-£55,000 with a 1% commission, an £8,500 car allowance and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within the roofing/refurbishment sector.
• Ability to target building surveyors, facilities managers and external consultants.
• Comfort with selling services to blue-chip and multinational clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell specialist roofing contractor services in the roof refurbishment market.
• Aim for revenue growth; manage end-to-end sales from enquiry to order.
• Follow up via existing contacts and leads; spend most time with B2B end users; some time with FM providers.
• Target large-scale projects (£30k to £1m+) and contribute to hitting annual targets.
