Job description

We are a well established construction company and will be growing a roofing division. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing andclosing sales for both roofing and siding jobs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively sell services while driving company growth.

Duties

  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize CRMfor tracking sales activities, managing leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Conduct inside sales activities including lead generation and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
  • Engage in outside sales efforts by meeting with clients in person to present services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of roofing and siding work, as well as providing quotes for services.
  • Experience performing roof inspections and identifying needed repairs and/or replacements.
  • Proven experience in territory management and business development is preferred.
  • Strong background in inside sales with a track record of lead generation success.
  • Experience in outside sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage clients face-to-face.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A proactive approach to selling services while identifying new market opportunities.
