Together Housing Group is seeking a skilled Roofer to support repairs across East Lancashire, including Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington and Preston. You will deliver diverse roofing tasks, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent customer service to tenants in both tenanted and vacant properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across roofing and building repairs.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to complete repairs in a single visit where possible.
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Basic IT and mobile tech skills for work orders.

Responsabilités

• Carry out roofing repairs to tenanted and vacant properties with high standards and compliance.
• Aim for Right First Time repairs completed in one visit where possible.
• Measure and quantify materials needed for procurement and cost control.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and keep tenants' homes clean and protected.
• Undertake risk assessments before starting work to ensure health and safety.
• Manage company vehicles, tools and materials, reporting defects as required.
