Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Roofer with additional trades skills to join the team. You will cover Dorking, Leatherhead and surrounding areas, performing maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle is provided for work use only. This permanent role offers a generous salary plus company van, tools and a bonus scheme, with regular overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering maintenance and repairs across property assets.
• Ability to work across Dorking, Leatherhead and surrounding areas.
• Valid UK driving licence and own transport may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs for social housing properties.
• Provide high-quality roofing and related trades work with safety and quality in mind.
• Coordinate with property teams to deliver timely solutions and customer care.
