Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Roofer Multi for Hastings and surrounding areas. You will primarily perform roofing repairs and maintenance, with occasional multi-skilled property work in social housing environments.

Role requires proven roofing experience, a full UK driving licence, and reliable PDA usage for job updates. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour week and company van with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer within social housing or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic multi-skilled repairs beyond roofing.
• Comfortable using a PDA/ handheld device to update jobs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs, maintenance and renewals across properties.
• Work on occupied and void social housing properties.
• Handle guttering, fascia and soffit repairs as needed.
• Contribute to minor repairs such as carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Update job details and reports using a PDA system.
• Provide a professional service while on-site.
