Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations, 3+ years’ experience, and a full UK driving licence. You’ll join a professional team focused on safety, quality workmanship, and excellent service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three years’ roofing experience, ideally in social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend repairs.
• Good communication skills with experience using mobile devices or PDAs.
• Well organised, self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• PASMA or TETRA training would be advantageous.
• DBS check may be required; provide two references.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for a permanent Roofer to join their growing team in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Roofer looking to work within a supportive organisation delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to residential properties.
