About us:

The role:

You will complete roofing repairs and maintenance packages for social housing homes and other properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship. You should be fully competent in all aspects of roofing, including:

1. Pitched and flat roofing systems
2. Lead valleys
3. Flashing
4. Box Gutters
5. Three-layer felt systems
6. Additional duties such as basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating

This is a permanent position with excellent benefits. A van and fuel card will be provided.

Working hours & compensation:

Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-out pay to supplement your salary.

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or at least 5 years of trade experience. Experience working in occupied premises and good customer service skills are essential. Proficiency with mobile technology such as iPad or PDA is required.
