Job description

Our client, a leading affordable housing provider are seeking an experienced Roofer to join their established repairs and voids maintenance teams for a minimum 8 week period.

You must be able to undertake a range of maintenance works, repairing, replacing and maintaining properties to a high standard.

You will undertake a range of repair and improvements including: Repair and replacement of roofing joists, rafters, roof sheeting, tiles, and associated structural roofing elements, guttering and downpipes, fascia, and soffit.

You will be required to refurbish properties including but not limited to: dwellings, garages, communal areas and buildings.

You will be covering the Wiltshire/Oxfordshire area

Company Van and Fuel card will be provided

It is essential / desirable you have the following criteria:

• Time Served / NVQ Qualified or equivalent
• Full driving licence
• Ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment
