Responsibilities

• General roofing repairs across occupied and void properties.
• Replacement of roof tiles, felt roofing, and wooden battens.
• Chimney repairs and replacements.
• Installation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systems.
• Lead work including flashings, soakers, and valley gutters.
• Guttering and downpipe repairs and replacements.
• Fascia, soffit, and barge board installation and maintenance.
• Roof insulation works to joists and rafters.
• Emergency call-outs to make properties safe after storms or leaks.
