Job Description

Location: Central England

We are looking for talented, experienced individuals based in central England (Midlands, Northern Powerhouse) to support and enhance sales and service with contractors supplying Roof and Cladding coatings systems.

This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with contractors, specifiers, and building owners. The right candidate will support contractors with live projects, nurture accounts, and proactively develop new opportunities, emphasizing excellent service and going above and beyond.

Ideal candidates are passionate about understanding eco systems, technologies, and opportunities related to our offerings, and eager to be part of an experienced team focused on expanding contractor relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

Preferred Background: Experience in coatings manufacturing, application, or sales, especially with technical expertise and experience selling specifications to surveyors for industrial refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess project needs
  • Provide knowledgeable solutions and problem-solving for system options
  • Train contractors on-site
  • Inspect work quality to ensure warranty eligibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Support system sales and product promotion during visits
  • Prepare reports on site visits, specifications, and project progress using cloud-based systems
  • Maintain updated contractor accounts in the database

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with roof/building coatings is a plus, but not essential
  • Enjoys building partnerships and supporting clients
  • Motivated to develop customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Capable of working independently, managing schedules, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Proficient with Office systems, databases, and cloud apps
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects
  • Interested in eco-focused systems for building refurbishment

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
