Job Title: Roof Coatings Technical Sales Manager

Location: Central England

We are looking for: Talented, experienced individuals based in central, Midlands, or Northern Powerhouse regions of England to support and enhance sales and service with contractors supplying roof and cladding coating systems.

This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with contractors, specifiers, and building owners. The right candidate will support contractors on-site, nurture accounts proactively, and demonstrate system knowledge, dependability, and initiative. Service excellence and going above and beyond are key.

We seek individuals passionate about understanding and developing eco-systems, technologies, and opportunities to enhance our offerings.

The role involves expanding contractor relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and improving service quality within a team that values shared knowledge.

Previous experience:

Roles in coatings manufacturing, coatings application, or sales involving technical specifications for industrial refurbishments are relevant.

Field role responsibilities include:
  • Site visits to assess needs
  • Problem-solving and system recommendations
  • On-site contractor training
  • Work inspections for warranty issuance
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Selling/supporting products and systems
  • Reporting via cloud-based systems
  • Updating contractor accounts in the database
Candidate qualities:
