Job Title: Roof Coatings Technical Sales Manager

Location: Central England

We are looking for...

Talented, experienced individuals based in central England (Midlands, Northern Powerhouse) to support and enhance sales and service with contractors supplying roof and cladding coating systems.

This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with contractors, specifiers, and building owners. The right candidate will support contractors with ongoing projects, nurture accounts proactively, and demonstrate system knowledge, dependability, and excellent service.

We seek individuals passionate about understanding our eco-systems, technologies, and opportunities to develop our offerings.

The role involves expanding contractor relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and improving service quality within an experienced team.

Previous experience may include:

  • Roles within a coatings manufacturer or applicator, especially those responsible for developing clients
  • Technical sales positions involving specification selling to surveyors for industrial refurbishments

Field role responsibilities include:

  • Site visits to assess project needs
  • Problem-solving and providing system solutions
  • On-site contractor training
  • Inspections to ensure quality and warranty compliance
  • Building strong relationships and customer loyalty
  • Selling systems and support products
  • Reporting on site visits, specifications, and project progress using cloud-based systems
  • Updating contractor accounts in our database

Ideal candidate traits:

  • Experience in roof/building coatings (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Motivation to develop customer relationships
  • Customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Office, databases, and cloud apps
  • Organized with multitasking skills

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
