Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Rolling Stock Performance and Compliance Manager to oversee London Overground fleet availability, reliability and cleanliness at LO Depot. The role provides technical leadership, assurance and project management across rolling stock, depots and stabling matters.

The position requires extensive rolling stock engineering knowledge, contract compliance and stakeholder engagement with operators and maintainers.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or HNC/D in an engineering discipline with relevant experience.
• Experience in rolling stock engineering, maintenance or depot operations.
• Proven project management, audit, compliance and assurance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet leadership in rolling stock and depot service agreements.
• Lead technical changes to passenger services affecting rolling stock and depots.
• Track delivery of obligations, escalate non-compliances as needed.
• Maintain internal procedures and approve fleet engineering changes.
• Lead rolling stock risk management and technical documentation upkeep.
• Provide engineering leadership to London Overground and stakeholders.
