Rullion is seeking engineers to join the Overhaul team at Manchester Train Care Centre. You will service, maintain and repair EMU rolling stock, following Vehicle Maintenance Instructions, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Role requires practical mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a qualification in electrical or electronic engineering. On-site support and welfare are top priorities for Rullion throughout the project.
You will be based in Manchester, joining a team of over 80 professionals working on a major overhaul project for the Class 390 Avanti High Speed Trains. You will be working as part of the overhaul team to service, maintain, repair and overhaul rolling stock and equipment, including the latest generation in train technology to laid down Vehicle Maintenance Instructions. Ensuring all Overhaul activities are carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst constantly seeking to improve quality.

Recognised qualification such as HNC/HND in Electrical of Electronic Engineering
(NVQ 3 Electrical Engineering will be considered, based on experience)
Due to working in a safety critical environment, you will be subject to Drugs and Alcohol Testing and will follow strict Health & Safety controls and guidelines.
