Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Sales Associate for the Rolex boutique to deliver world-class experiences. You will build deep client relationships, demonstrate Rolex knowledge, and support boutique targets while upholding brand standards.

You will develop product expertise, complete brand training, and collaborate with Brand Manager and Retail Manager to ensure a premium client journey and consistent service across the Harrods environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Solid knowledge of Rolex collections and features, with training to reinforce expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support Rolex boutique sales by identifying client needs and articulating features and heritage benefits.
• Maintain Rolex boutique standards, immaculate presentation, and brand integrity at all times.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
• Complete Rolex Advisor and in-boutique training to deepen product knowledge and client experience.
