Job description

We are seeking a Role Analyst to join our active Grading Team. The team conducts job evaluations for new and regraded roles within the University, utilizing the HERA grading system. The Role Analyst will play a crucial role by undertaking formal reviews of roles and providing expert advice on pay-related matters to Departments and HR staff.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the job evaluation process, preferably with experience in HERA or similar schemes. They should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy and confidentiality, and meet tight deadlines.
