Role: Afternoon Nanny/PA

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday (1pm – 6pm) Term Time (8am – 6pm) Holidays

Salary: £40,000 gross per annum (dependant on skills, experience and previous earnings)

Start: August/September – 2025

We are looking for an exceptional, energetic nanny to join a warm and welcoming family based in Gospel Oak.

This is a sole-charge role caring for two boys, aged 7 and 9, while both parents work full-time. The ideal candidate will be active, organised, and confident with logistics – someone who brings both structure and creativity to the children’s day-to-day lives.

Although the family travels for around four weeks per year, no travel is required for the nanny. That said, the role does require someone who can plan around these periods and support the household with a high level of organisation.

The role involves:

1. School drop-offs and pick-ups
2. Preparing healthy and nutritious meals
3. Planning and accompanying the children to age-appropriate activities
4. Supporting with homework
5. Liaising with their schools
6. Managing all childcare-related admin
7. Organising playdates and maintaining a full social calendar for the boys
8. Handling nursery duties
9. Running occasional errands
10. Overseeing the bath and bedtime routine

Ultimately, you’ll be helping to ensure the smooth and happy running of the children’s lives.

The eldest boy is very academic, with a love of reading and chess, while the youngest is sporty and plays in a local football club. The family would love to find an active, adventurous nanny who can engage with both boys’ interests, plan fun activities, play games, and help support their overall well-being.

The right candidate will be warm, engaging, and experienced - ideally with a minimum of five years working with similar-aged children. A driver is essential for this role.
