MacStaff is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager based in Warwick with hybrid working. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with Sales, and drive ROI across channels. The role demands creative yet commercially minded marketing expertise and strong content creation capabilities.

You will own campaign development, from concept to execution, including digital content, CRM engagement, events and retail partner support, with a focus on performance and KPI reporting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years broad marketing experience with integrated campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills across digital and print.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Experience implementing marketing communications/Marcomms plans.
• Collaborative with Sales and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Supporting annual marketing and communications plans.
• Creating compelling campaign concepts, content and copy.
• Managing campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets.
• Delivering social media marketing activity and digital content.

• Reviewing international marketing materials and adapting content for UK audiences.
