1. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salaried Role
2. No teaching experience required: full training, support, and development provided.
3. Salary: GBP29,000 per annum, with potential to progress up to GBP34,000 per annum.
4. Company Bonus Scheme: GBP1,500 per annum based on performance & company performance. OTE for year 1: GBP30,500.
5. Holiday: 11+ weeks paid holiday per year.
6. Location: Teaching in multiple schools across a regional area; approximate centre point of this region is where the role is advertised.
7. Fuel: Fuel contributions in addition to salary.
8. Requirements: Driving Licence and own transport are essential.

The Role

• Deliver fun and inspiring music lessons in a rock and pop band setting in up to 10 primary schools per week.
• Support children in delivering live performances at concerts.
• Introduce children to playing instruments, boosting confidence, resilience, and well-being.
• Build relationships with schools, teachers, and parents.
• Engage actively in setting up equipment and delivering energetic lessons.

Skills and Experience

• Driving Licence and own transport required.
• Competent on at least 2 instruments from drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals.
• Passionate about teaching (training provided).
• Committed to child safety and well-being.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Outgoing, confident, approachable.
• Independent worker with good time management and administrative skills.
• High integrity and resilience.
