We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Automower Specialist/Technician to join our established team at our Colchester Branch in Essex.

If you have a passion for innovation and enjoy working with smart, autonomous technology, this role is for you. Working with cutting-edge Husqvarna robotic mower systems (including Ceora and EPOS), you'll be responsible for demonstration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support across our professional groundcare network.

What You’ll Do:

Demonstrate, install, and commission Husqvarna Automower products Diagnose and repair faults (including wired and EPOS units) Liaise with customers, suppliers, and the Husqvarna specialist team Support Area Sales Managers with customer expectations and solutions Manage existing customer accounts and help grow brand loyalty Ensure all work is documented and completed to high standards Maintain a positive company image and attend required training

What You’ll Need:

Experience with Automowers or horticultural machinery (preferred) Technical/mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills Great communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team Full, clean UK driving licence Ability to meet customer demands and work under pressure
