We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Automower Specialist/Technician to join our established team at our Colchester Branch in Essex.

If you have a passion for innovation and enjoy working with smart, autonomous technology, this role is for you. Working with cutting-edge Husqvarna robotic mower systems (including Ceora and EPOS), you'll be responsible for demonstration, installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support across our professional groundcare network.

What You’ll Do:

• Demonstrate, install, and commission Husqvarna Automower products
• Diagnose and repair faults (including wired and EPOS units)
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and the Husqvarna specialist team
• Support Area Sales Managers with customer expectations and solutions
• Manage existing customer accounts and help grow brand loyalty
• Ensure all work is documented and completed to high standards
• Maintain a positive company image and attend required training

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with Automowers or horticultural machinery (preferred)
• Technical/mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Ability to meet customer demands and work under pressure
