At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living!

In order to achieve this, we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our Robotics Sales team. The role provides specialist sales and implementation support to our customers. This is a national role but it would be advantageous to live within easy access of London, East Anglia, and Cambridgeshire.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for someone who can partner with our field sales and robotics sales leadership to support our customers across the whole sales lifecycle - including implementation. You'll provide demonstrations and training on our robotics portfolio to drive increased utilization and account growth.

Those you engage with daily will rely on you for advice, guidance, and product knowledge.

The role works closely with our marketing teams, medical education teams, and sales leadership to drive revenue and strengthen relationships across the category.

What does success look like?

Success will be measured by the revenue generated from our robotics portfolio. A successful Robotics Technical Field Specialist will have excellent relationships with both clinical and non-clinical customers. Much of this work will take place in hospital theatre environments within our priority accounts, supporting existing Smith+Nephew customers and helping to implement business in new accounts.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Significant experience in a hospital theatre environment is essential.
  • Full training will be provided; previous experience or capability in Robotics or enabling technologies in medical devices is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record of success in delivering for customers and patients.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.

You. Unlimited.
