Job summary

Media Stream AI Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced programme/engineering manager to own the MOTHER EXO programme end to end—from design and build to testing and ramp to volume. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure readiness for factory go-live in 2027.

The role requires coordinating robotics, AI and manufacturing efforts to follow one integrated build schedule, while managing budget and external partners and reporting progress to MSAI leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or engineering management for robotics/hardware industries.
• Proven ability to take NPI to volume production; manage hardware and software in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme plan, milestones and risk register through to factory go-live in Q1 2027.
• Coordinate the robotics, AI and manufacturing teams against one build schedule.
• Manage budget, capital equipment and external partners.
• Report progress, risk and readiness to MSAI leadership.
