The Exeter department of Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks a consultant in general adult and paediatric urology with an interest in pelvic oncology and robotics. The role focuses on robotic pelvic and upper tract surgery, a stone and bladder outlet service, and an Exeter on-call rota, with potential cross-site working.

You will join three robotic pelvic surgeons, contribute to MDTs with nurses and surgical care practitioners, and help shape adoption of newer

Responsibilities

• Join the Exeter-based on-call rota
• Work within the established general adult and paediatric urology service
• Possibly work across sites as the service develops with neighbouring hospitals
• Shape the integration of newer technologies for treating pelvic urological cancers, in line with personal interests
• Work within established MDTs alongside specialist nurses and surgical care practitioners
