Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer III to enhance our automation initiatives using UiPath and other related tools and technologies. This role involves end-to-end automation lifecycle management, including design, development, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automating complex business processes and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency in workflow design, scripting, and software development.
  • Experience integrating RPA with various enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, EHR, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes to ensure high-quality automation deployment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to meet independently with business leaders to document requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
  • Experience in process re-engineering and optimization is a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the design and development of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and propose optimized workflows.
  • Mentor and guide junior RPA engineers in best practices and development methodologies.
  • Implementation and maintain RPA solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Establish and refine automation governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Implement RPA solutions within SDLC, leveraging CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure robust and secure automation implementations.
  • Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution for automation processes in production.
  • Ensure high-quality automation rollouts by incorporating thorough QA processes and best practices.
  • Independently engage with business leaders to document requirements and deliver automation solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business and IT teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and AI-driven automation solutions.
