Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer II to join our automation team in building and supporting business workflow automation using UiPath and other related tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming aptitude, critical thinking ability, and the capability to design efficient automation solutions that enhance productivity and cost savings across various business processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development or related technologies
  • Strong programming skills (C#, .NET, Python, or other relevant languages).
  • Understanding of database management, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to QA processes to ensure high-quality automation rollouts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to interact with business leaders independently to document requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other tools to automate manual business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document process automation requirements.
  • Design, test, and implement RPA workflows while adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation solutions in the production environment.
  • Work within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure robust and scalable automation solutions.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality automation rollouts by adhering to QA processes and best practices.
  • Independently meet with business leaders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automation projects.
  • Quickly learn new business processes and adapt automation solutions accordingly
