Job Purpose / The Role:
As an Application Developer specialising in RPA, you will be responsible for converting business and IT process definitions into automated solutions that enhance service delivery. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable automation solutions.
The Application Developer should have expertise in various robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, IBM RPA, etc. This includes native chatbot support, NLP, OCR, Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, workflow management, native RPA connectors, and AI features like content creation, summarisation, classification, sentiment analysis, and code generation with internal/external LLMs.
This role requires programming skills, tool configuration, and familiarity with SDLC processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist with development workstreams, including building and testing automations. Manage and monitor live automated processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
