We are actively seeking an Application Developer with expertise in RPA to join Experis.

Job Purpose / The Role:

As an RPA Application Developer, you will convert business and IT process definitions into automated solutions to improve service delivery. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

The role requires expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, PowerAutomate, IBM RPA, including features like chatbot support, NLP, OCR, Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, workflow management, and integrations with generative AI technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Manage and monitor live automated processes, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Your Skills:

• Strong experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism.
• Proficient in testing, process mapping, and workflow design.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation issues.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and incident management.
• Support and optimize automation processes.
