About the Role

As a Robot Delivery Technician, you’ll be at the heart of Coco’s mission, ensuring our delivery robots are assembled, maintained, and deployed with precision. From hands‑on repairs to diagnostic testing, this role is both technical and dynamic. You'll work closely with the engineering and operations teams to maintain peak robot performance while also providing critical feedback that helps shape future hardware improvements.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves solving problems, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

A Day in the Life
  • Prepare and inspect robots for each shift
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Collaborate with engineers to test new functionalities
  • Deploy and support robot fleets across active markets
  • Conduct routine inspections and log performance data
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, maintain, and repair robot hardware

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with semi‑autonomous robotic systems
  • Skilled in diagnostic tools and performance tracking
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
