Little Gems Country Dining seeks a Roaming Chef to lead kitchen operations between two pubs, delivering high-quality home cooked menus and engaging daily specials. You will have input on seasonal menus and actively train apprentices.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on kitchen management, and a proactive approach to ordering, stock control and back-of-house compliance. Flexibility for shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior kitchen experience in pub/hospitality environments.
• Ability to write menus and contribute to seasonal specials.
• Experience training and mentoring apprentices.
• Wamiliar with ordering, stock control and back-of-house compliance.
• Flexible to work shifts across two pubs.

Responsibilities

• Roam between two pubs to lead kitchen operations and uphold standards.
