My client, a well-established and expanding estate agency, is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Sales and Lettings Negotiator to cover several key offices across the Essex and Suffolk region, including Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Sudbury, and Frinton-on-Sea.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives on independence, and has a passion for property. The role will involve working across both residential sales and lettings, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings for both sales and lettings
  • Travel between offices based on business needs
  • Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain accurate documentation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all locations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in estate agency (sales or lettings) preferred
  • Confident, personable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple branches
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Local knowledge of the Essex/Suffolk property market is a plus
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
