• Experience at Head Chef or Senior Chef Level: in a similar venue
• A Natural Leader: experienced in team development & performance
• A Pro at Planning & Organisation: thrives under pressure & meets goals
• Business Savvy: strong understanding of P&Ls, KPIs & cost control
• Legally & Professionally Qualified: HACCP knowledge & relevant certifications
• Based in the York area.
• Able to travel.
