What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the Ops Hero – Step in where needed to keep service smooth, standards high, and teams thriving.

Lead from the Front – Whether it’s on the pass or mentoring FOH, your presence will elevate performance.

Train, Motivate & Uplift – Coach FOH teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and stellar food.

Uphold Top Standards – Food safety, cleanliness, service, and operational excellence – you’ll own it.

Partner with GMs – Collaborate closely with venue leaders to drive commercial results and seamless day-to-day ops.

Jump into Action – Be the ultimate support during peak periods, staff gaps, and exciting new openings.

Previous leadership experience in kitchens, pubs, or hospitality operations

Strong grasp of BOH & FOH operations, with a sharp eye for service standards
