Job summary

Argyll and Bute Council in Oban is advertising a Roadsweeper to support the Roads and Infrastructure Services. You will contribute to keeping streets clean, sweeping, collecting and removing litter, detritus, leaves and weeds from public roads and pavements, working alone or as part of a small team.

A vacancy has arisen for a Roadsweeper to work in the Oban area for Argyll and Bute.

The successful candidate will undertake undertake either individually or as part of a team, duties concerned with the sweeping, collection and removal of litter, detritus, leaves, weeds, etc, from public places including roads and pavements. These duties will require the use and operation of the usual range of associated tools and equipment.
