Job summary

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a dedicated coordinator to oversee Unpaid Work under Community Payback orders. You will assess, organise and supervise the unattended work, contributing to safer communities across Argyll and Bute.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with PVG membership being a prerequisite. A full-time-equivalent salary is shown with pro rata payment for hours worked, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating community payback/unpaid work programmes or similar supervisory roles.
  • PVG membership (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, organise and supervise Community Payback Unpaid Work as part of a Court-ordered programme.
  • Contribute to reducing re-offending and support safer, stronger communities.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, able to work as part of a team but also under own initiative. They should also have a flexible attitude to the role and the post.

Licence to drive vehicles above 3500kg and tow trailers above 750kg.
