Job summary

A well-established roadside assistance company in Kidderminster is seeking candidates to provide roadside/recovery assistance for vehicle breakdowns. Duties include attending roadside breakdowns, carrying out diagnostics, and assessing customer needs. A minimum 3.5t licence is required. No prior experience in the Recovery Industry is needed, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• A 3.5t licence minimum is required.
• Previous experience in the Recovery Industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside breakdowns using a mobile workshop service van.
• Carry out diagnostics and repairs at the roadside.
• Assess customer needs and requirements for onward transportation recovery.
