Job description

Roadside Technician – Blackburn

Salary: £48,721 basic + Overtime at £35.13ph + Company Van + Tools provided. OTE £54k+

Hours: Between 6am – 2am based on a 40-hour week. Shifts may be 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm. Rota provided 14 days in advance, with possible changes up to 3 days prior.

Role responsibilities:

• Attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and attempt to get vehicles back on the road or return them to the workshop
• Identify problems and advise customers
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics
• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the business

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ, IMI, or City and Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Full UK driving license
