Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in a workshop or mobile technician environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults including mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as brake inspections and fluid checks.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and fix complex faults on-site.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating repair options.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised mobile workspace.
• Record all work completed accurately using company systems.

We are currently recruiting for aRoadside Technicianto join our clients team covering theYork area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys problem-solving and working independently in a mobile role. You will play a crucial part in getting vehicles safely back on the road, representing a leading name in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
