Job Description

Westbourne's fleet includes fully equipped service vehicles fitted with diagnostic tools for quick fault identification on cars and light commercial vehicles.

Service vans are equipped with towing gear to recover most vehicles to workshops or customer destinations.

The primary goal of a Westbourne Technician is to safely repair as many vehicles as possible at the roadside, aiming to outperform competitors.

Breakdowns can occur at any UK location, including customers' homes. The technician's first priority is always safety and customer care.

Technicians are expected to diagnose and repair most faults on all makes and models at roadside. Additional basic repairs may be carried out in workshops.

Technicians with suitable vehicles may recover non-repairable vehicles locally (within 60 miles), with long-distance recovery handled by dedicated drivers.

Salary
The basic salary is £34,000 annually, with bonus opportunities potentially adding up to £8,000 per year.

Shift Hours
4 days on duty followed by 2 days off, with consistent start times for each 4-day shift, switching after each set of days off.
Shift options include:
- 0800 to 2000
- 1400 to 0200
